Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A is a person who has five rooms equipped with shower facilities by leasing Nos. 506 and 507 of the Gyeyang-gu Incheon building E, one waiting room, one kitchen, a kitchen, and a camera in the Internet advertising site with the trade name “F” and operates a sexual traffic business establishment with the trade name “H” after employing a female employee through the “G” website, etc.

B. Around March 18, 2014, the Defendant: (a) received 100,000 won from L, a guest, who found the place at the said place of business, from L, and had female employees M, who are engaged in sexual intercourse with customers; and (b) had female employees do sexual intercourse with the said place of business from February 13, 2014 to March 18, 2014; and (c) had them receive 70,000 won to receive 70,000 won or 160,000 won per day, and had them do sexual intercourse with the said customer.
2. Defendant B knew that A operates a commercial sex business establishment with the trade name “H” operated by Defendant B, the Defendant, around February 24, 2014, knew of the operation of the said commercial sex business establishment, he received the price of commercial sex acts from the said business establishment, provided guidance to the said customer as a room, and provided guidance to the said employee as a room for commercial sex acts.
Accordingly, the defendant assisted the A's arrangement business of sexual traffic.
