1. The plaintiff's appeal and the conjunctive claim added in the trial are all dismissed.

Reasons
1. Judgment on the plaintiff's claim
A. 1) On May 25, 2009, the plaintiff asserted that the principal claim was filed with the defendant on May 25, 2009, with a loan of KRW 20,000,000 as interest rate of KRW 3% (payment on June 25, 200) and the due date of payment on June 25, 2009, the defendant is obligated to pay the plaintiff the loan amount of KRW 20,000,000 and damages for delay. 2)
The plaintiff is not an assertion that it is not an argument to the plaintiff. The plaintiff's statement that the "Yambbbin" in the lower part of the evidence No. 1 was prepared by the plaintiff's employee C at the first day of pleading at the trial of the court of first instance is significant in this court. Thus, the evidence No. 1 cannot be used as evidence for the plaintiff's assertion, and the statement of evidence No. 2 is insufficient to acknowledge the plaintiff's assertion, and there is no other evidence to acknowledge it.
Therefore, the plaintiff's primary claim is without merit.
B. On February 25, 2013, the Plaintiff: (a) leased to the Intervenor on February 25, 2013, KRW 10,000,00 for lease deposit amounting to KRW 10,000,00 for lease deposit; and (b) on November 19, 2013, the Plaintiff leased the Plaintiff at KRW 50,000 for lease deposit amounting to KRW 10,00 for lease deposit; and (c) on November 19, 2013,
B. A lease contract was concluded with the effect that the lease deposit was leased to KRW 60,000,000, and the intervenor delivered the instant real estate to the intervenor.
However, since the intervenor paid the lease deposit and the rent during the above lease period, the intervenor did not deliver the real estate of this case to the plaintiff and the real estate of this case from February 25, 2013.
