Punishment of the crime

On January 5, 2013, at around 19:45, the Defendant driven a B Xex car in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of approximately 0.101% at a section of approximately 200 meters, from the fluoral distance adjacent to the agricultural cooperative located adjacent to Ulsan-gu New-dong, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do.
