Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Records] On February 4, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of four months by imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Central District Court on April 2016 and the judgment became final and conclusive on February 12, 2016.

[Criminal facts]

1. On November 19, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, without a vehicle driver’s license on November 21, 2015, the Defendant driven a DNA car in the direction of the Republic of Korea in the direction of the “C” located in Gyeonggi-si B.
