A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

No public duty personnel shall desert from their service for a total period of at least eight days without justifiable grounds.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not work in the Bupyeong-si Social Welfare Department for three days from March 9, 201 to March 11, 2011, on the ground that he/she worked as public interest service personnel for three days from March 14, 2011, March 14, 2011; March 15, 2011; March 17, 2011; March 17, 2011; March 4, 201; March 21, 2011; and March 24, 201;

Accordingly, the defendant left his service for a total period of not less than 8 days without justifiable grounds.
