A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 6, 2009, the Defendant was admitted to the Marine Corps for the Marine Corps on April 91, 2009, and was performing safety management duties at the AO department of the Seocho Police Station at Seopo-dong, Seopo-si, Seopo-si as Public Interest Service Personnel from May 11, 2009.

(Service Period: up to April 21, 2011). Public interest service personnel shall not leave their service for a total period of not less than eight days without justifiable grounds, but the defendant shall leave his service for not less than eight days from August 11, 2009 to August 20, 2009 without justifiable grounds.
