Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a user who runs the taxi transport business using 45 full-time workers as the representative director of the (limited) D in the Seocho-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Changwon-si.

When a worker retires from office, the employer of the 2013 high-level 1223 shall pay the retirement allowance within 14 days from the date on which the grounds for such payment occurred.

The defendant works as a taxi engineer from January 24, 2009 to September 3, 2012 at the above workplace.

The retirement allowance of retired workers E was not paid KRW 1,084,100 within 14 days from the date of retirement without any agreement between the parties on the extension of the due date.
