Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, as to the defendants for one year from the date this judgment became final and conclusive, the defendants are above.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 11, 2014, the Defendants came to be buried in the E store operated by Seojin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City C victim D on November 11, 2014, and Defendant A: (a) took the inside of the said store before the store and easily moved to the front door, and (b) informed Defendant B of the gap in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected; (c) Defendant B took clothes cut to the front door to the display stand for theft; and (d) Defendant B stolen the sum of KRW 356,000 in the market price owned by the victim at that location, and stolen the sum of KRW 356,000.

As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.

2. On August 2, 2015, the Defendants: (a) at the same place as indicated in paragraph (1) around August 19, 2015; and (b) at the same method, stolen the total amount of KRW 276,000 from the market price owned by the victim.
