Punishment of the crime

2. Around 03:24 May 2, 2018, the Defendant driven a B-child car under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.125% alcohol concentration from the 4km section from the south-dong in Mapo-gu Seoul to the front road in Mapo-gu Seoul, Seoul.
