Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.
However, with respect to Defendant C and B, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a person in charge of the sale of handphone openings, collection of charges, change of name, etc. by holding a position of director at the H agency located in Suwon-gu G G in Busan operated by the victim F and T from January 201 to July 2012. Defendant C is a person in charge of the sale of hand phone openings, collection of charges, and change of name, etc. from August 201 to August 31, 2012 by holding a position of proxy at the above H agency. Defendant B is a person in charge of the sale of hand phone openings, receipt of charges, and change of name from October 20 to March 2012, 201. Defendant B is a person in charge of the sale of handphones from April 20, 2012 to August 25, 2012.
From April 2012, the Defendants: (a) pursuant to Defendant A’s proposal, sold money by taking advantage of the personal information of the customers who opened the mobile phone in the existing agency in order to detect the fact that he/she was aware of the fact that he/she had taken the mobile phone; and (b) as if the said customers opened the mobile phone in the agency, the Defendants conspired to use the mobile phone after opening the mobile phone in the name of the existing customers.

On April 9, 2012, the Defendants conspired to forge private documents and uttering private documents, and entered “U”, “V”, “V”, “W”, “W”, and “M290K” in the serial number column, and “M290K” in the model name column in accordance with the aforementioned public offering at F and H agency operated by C, which are located in Suwon-gu Busan, Busan, on April 9, 2012, the Defendants entered “U”, “V”, “V”, “W” in the cell phone number column, and “M290K” in the model name column, and then arbitrarily executed a private person following U.S.’s name.
As a result, the Defendants conspired to do so in the name of U.S., a private document on rights and obligations.
