A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who uses the G server within the Internet Game F as the clinic of “H”.

On February 18, 2020, the Defendant: (a) accessed the above game site, and accessed the victim I who sells an item in the game with a holding hold; and (b) falsely stated that “I would sell an item first, with a value equivalent to 1.3 million won having the same value as cash on the face of the case.”

However, even if the defendant is provided with a game item from the damaged person, he did not have the intent or ability to pay an item in return.
