The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, had the victim provide the victim with mileage equivalent to KRW 900,00,000, and received from the above E with the game money of KRW 76,000,000.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired property benefits by deceiving the victim.

1. The fraud Defendant did not have a game machine and thus did not have an intent or ability to sell it.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, on April 20, 2016, contacted the victim F, who posted a letter of “C” game item purchase on the game item transaction site, “C” with the victim F, and sells “I” game machine.

“Along on the same day,” the victim made a false statement to have the victim deposit KRW 1,100,400 in the name of the seller of the game money on the same day, and received from his/her name-based seller the game money equivalent to the same amount.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.
