1. Defendant A and B shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.
Of the facts charged in the instant case, each of the Defendants is against the Defendants.
Reasons
The defendant A was working as the victim EF Association (the principal G of the school, the "F church" or the "victim church" hereinafter) of the victim EF church in Gyeonggi-gun from April 2005 to March 31, 2015.
