1. Basic facts

The defendant was donated from L on February 27, 2003 the F and one half shares of the building of this case, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on March 18, 2003. On June 20, 2007, the defendant was donated the above land and one half shares of the remainder of the building of this case, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on June 21, 2007.
