1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

A. Of the 17,355 square meters of C Forest land in Chungcheongnam-si, each point is indicated in the attached Form 1, 2, 23, 22, and 1.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. 1) Nonparty D acquires ownership on December 20, 1971 (hereinafter “instant land”) shall be 17,355 square meters of C forest land at Chungcheongnam-si on December 20, 1971.

(2) The Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer as to the above land on September 13, 2010, and the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer as to the above land on the ground of inheritance by agreement division as of April 14, 2010. (2) Nonparty E completed the registration of ownership transfer on October 5, 1965 with respect to the land of this case on March 15, 1989. The Defendant completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of sale as of February 23, 1989.

B. On May 15, 2006, the F. 1,428 square meters prior to the Chungcheong City was divided into 280 square meters prior to F. 15, 2006 and 1,148 square meters prior to G.

After that, the category of F was changed from the whole to the site.

(hereinafter referred to as “F land” and the preceding G G G 1,148 square meters are different from “G land.”

On March 24, 2008, the Chungcheong City Mayor registered F land and G land as a revised land for registered matters on the ground that “F land and G land was registered in F and G in error at the time of registration conversion registration conversion”. D.

1) The Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendant to confirm the boundary of the instant land, F, and G land (Cheongju District Court 2013Kadan1221), and in the instant case, the conciliation was concluded with the purport that “the Defendant shall express his/her consent to the Plaintiff regarding the size on the public record and the size of 280 square meters on the registry as to F, 280 square meters in Chungcheongnam-si.” (2) The Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendant seeking the confirmation of boundary between the instant land and G land (Cheongju District Court 2013Gadan1221), and the said court accepted the Plaintiff’s claim on November 20, 2013, and the said judgment became final and conclusive around that time.

3) According to the adjustment and final judgment of the above 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 28, 26, 25, 29, 24, and 11 of the annexed drawings, the portion of the total area of 317 square meters is the Plaintiff.
