A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is a reporter of a Cropic subject in breach of trust, who has prepared articles concerning the trend of leisure regions, safety accidents, environmental issues, etc. in a DD complex, or has been engaged in the management of editing articles.

In preparing articles or editing them, the Defendant, who is in the above position, has a duty not to obtain unjust enrichment using his/her status or receive preferential treatment, convenience, money, or other valuables in relation to his/her duties.

On August 11, 2005, the Defendant received KRW 6,129,200,00 in total 14 times in return for the above illegal solicitation, from August 21, 2009, from that time, the Defendant received KRW 54,450,000 in total, from 14 times in return for the above illegal solicitation, in return for the above illegal solicitation, on the ground that he was in violation of his duties and was the reporter status.

2. On June 16, 2005, the Defendant was requested from a person in charge of speech in the name of E, a company in the D Complex, to advertise KRW 3,300,000,000,000,000 from a person in charge of speech in the D Complex, and then the Defendant was requested from the above related person to transfer the remaining advertising expenses to the victim, and deposited the remaining advertising expenses in the name of the female branch, and received the money from 1.65,00,000,000 won in the name of the branch office for the victim, and
