Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On September 23, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for rape, injury, etc. at Seoul High Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on April 25, 2019.
【Criminal Facts】
1. Larceny;
A. On May 14, 2019, around May 14, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that was parked on the victim C-owned D-motor Vehicle on the Suwon-gu, Suwon-si; and (b) entered the door, with cash of KRW 1,500 and KRW 1,500 and KRW 2,500 in the said vehicle receipt box; (c) 1,500; (d) 1,500 one head of Han Bank Co., Ltd.; (d) 2, 2, and 1,000 of the market price, which contain one seal.
B. On May 19, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime, around 15:17, 2019, at the PC of the victim F management in Suwon-si E, Suwon-si, the Defendant used any cresh in the surrounding area to use cash 70,000 won in cash owned by the victim, and 700,000 won in the market price consisting of the Nong AF CF card.
C. On May 21, 2019, around 01:14, the Defendant: (a) opened a door owned by the victim H, which was parked on the G street in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si on May 21, 2019; (b) opened a door into the vehicle without correction of the victim H; and (c) cut off with two new cards owned by the victim, which were displayed on the sunlight of the above vehicle.
2. At around 03:20 on May 14, 2019, the Defendant: (a) discovered a passenger car owned by the victim K, which was parked in front of the J in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si; and (b) took the hand of the vehicle in order to steal the property stored in the said vehicle; (c) however, the vehicle’s door was corrected, and the vehicle’s door was not corrected; and (d) did not take the victim’s property over six times in total, such as the list of crimes (1) in the annexed sheet of crimes (1), but did not bring about an attempted crime.
3. The Defendant who violated the Fraud and the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act shall be the victim who was unable to obtain his/her name in Suwon-si M on May 19, 2019.
