1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The attached “building Location Map” [B] building is a building indicated in the attached list, and the building was divided into 114 square meters in Gangwon-gun, Gangwon-gun, and 67 square meters in Gangwon-gun on October 14, 2019, and the remaining area is 47 square meters in the remaining area.

D 13m2 and thereafter, on October 14, 2019, 00m2 was divided into 133m2 and 54m2 and the remaining area is 54m2.

At present, the defendant occupies the building in dispute of this case.

On the other hand, the Plaintiff purchased from I on January 8, 200, “Gangwon-gun C, F, D, and E [Road Name Address] / [Road Name Address] Kuwon-gun H H H wood Y Haak-gun, Gangwon-gun, one-story, one-story housing, and completed the registration of ownership transfer in the name of the Plaintiff on January 14, 200.

(hereinafter “instant Plaintiff-registered building.” The registration of ownership transfer was made on December 22, 198 by J prior to the registration fee in the name of the Plaintiff on the register of the Plaintiff-registered building of this case, and the registration of ownership transfer made on May 4, 1998 by K for sale on the same day, and I completed the registration of ownership transfer based on sale on May 4, 1998.
