1. The plaintiff's primary and conjunctive claims are all dismissed.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. According to the old land cadastre of Gangwon-gun C land (hereinafter “instant land”), the area of the said land was 5,835 square meters at the time when the land cadastre was prepared on July 21, 1978. However, on December 31, 1983, the area of the said land was corrected to 5,747 square meters. On December 31, 1983, the area was corrected to 5,747 square meters, and on December 31, 1983, the area of “D” (2,166 square meters), “E (2,166 square meters), and “F” (1,007 square meters) was divided, and the remaining area was 2,475 square meters as the land was divided, and again, on February 26, 191, the remaining area of the instant land was 56 square meters.

(B) In addition, the Defendant completed the registration of initial ownership on September 3, 1984, on the land cadastre and the copy of the register of the instant land.

B. According to the Gu’s land cadastre of Gangwon-gun D land (hereinafter “D land”), the instant land (area 2,166 square meters) was divided from the instant land on December 31, 1983, and thereafter on February 26, 1991, the land “H” was divided from the instant land (area 2,018 square meters) and the remaining area of the D land is 148 square meters.

On the other hand, the defendant completed registration of preservation of ownership of the D land of this case on September 3, 1984 in its name.

C. On December 31, 1983, the above land on the land cadastre of Gangwon-gun E (hereinafter “instant land”) was 9 square meters in size at the time of subdivision from the instant land on December 31, 1983, and the above land on the land cadastre of Gangwon-gun F land (hereinafter “F land”) on December 31, 1983, is 1,007 square meters in size at the time of subdivision from the instant land on December 31, 1983, and is 2,419 square meters in size at the time of subdivision from the instant land on the land cadastre of Gangwon-gun-gun G land (hereinafter “instant G land”).

On September 3, 1984, the defendant completed registration of ownership preservation in its name for E, F, and G land of this case.

The “instant H land” is called the Gangwon-gu Seowon-gun H land.
