1. Of the judgment of the court of first instance, the part against the plaintiff corresponding to the money ordered to pay below shall be revoked.

Reasons
A. On the date of payment of fees, after verifying and evaluating the fulfillment of the terms and conditions of payment under this Agreement, the amount determined each month in the order of compliance with the terms and conditions of payment shall be paid in the manner of remitting to the bank account notified by the Defendant to the Plaintiff by the Defendant.
