A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Around February 25, 2018, at around 13:10, the Defendant insultd the victim C by openly brupting the victim’s severe desire, including “I ambling, aging, son’s bitch bitch bitch,” among many subway users on the grounds that the Defendant is bad, in the reverse platform of Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, 129 B, and on the ground that he is bad.

On February 25, 2018, at the same place as before and after around 13:37, the Defendant: (a) was arrested by the police officer E belonging to the Jungbu Police Station D Boxes, who was dispatched to the site after receiving a report 112, as a current offender; (b) caused assault, such as the police officer’s 112 report processing and criminal investigation, and the Defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties in relation to the investigation.

around 20:55 on May 9, 2018, the Defendant assaulted the victim F (42 years) who is the security library of the subway station belonging to Seoul metropolitan transportation Corporation and the Defendant who was suffering from the disturbance of this alcohol in the victim G (36 years old) to report to the police station on the following: (a) the victim F (f) who was under the influence of this alcohol; (b) the victim F (36 years old); (c) the victim F (f) walking the right side of the left side and walking the right side of the victim G with the right side of the arm’s right side of the G; and (d) the victim G (36 years old); and (c) the victim F (f) the f) who was under the influence of this alcohol in the direction of the police station.

Accordingly, the defendant abused victims and interfered with the performance of the duties of railroad workers.
