A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

around 21:03 on May 19, 2017, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the performance of duties of railroad workers by assaulting the Defendant, i.e., the E (n.e., the age 39) which is the cause of airport railroad services in the airport D railway station located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, against the Defendant seeking to be on board a free-to-off vehicle; (b) l.e., the left side of E on one occasion with the hand floor; and (c) l.e., the left side of E on one occasion with the hand floor, and (d) l.e., the passage of the two parts of E on two occasions, and interfere with the performance of duties of railroad workers.

1. No person who violates the Railroad Safety Act shall interfere with the performance of duties of railroad workers by intimidation;

On July 6, 2017, at around 17:00, the Defendant requested H (55 years of age) to pay a charge on the ground that he/she used a preferential right from H (55 years of age) which is the cause of his/her service in G station in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and used it as his/her hand when he/she gets about four times.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted H and interfered with the performance of duties of railroad workers.

2. The Defendant, who violated the Resident Registration Act, was arrested as the current offender under the suspicion described in paragraph 1, and was willing to use the Defendant’s I’s resident registration number.

On July 6, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 17:15, 2017, at the police box located in the jurisdiction of the Gangnam-gu Seoul, the Defendant “name is I and is a resident registration number M.

“The statement was made”.

Accordingly, the defendant used another person's resident registration number unlawfully.

3. Counterfeiting a private signature and exercising a signature on the said investigation.

A. On July 6, 2017, the Defendant, at the police box No. 17:15 on July 6, 2017, signed the confirmation letter on “I” column among the confirmation letter of the arrest of flagrant offenders, and submitted it to the said L, i.e., he/she was aware of it.

Accordingly, the defendant forged another person's signature for the purpose of exercising the right, and exercised the forged other person's signature.

B. On July 6, 2017, the Defendant, at around 20:30, Paragraph 1, at the Seoul Gangnam-gu Seoul Northern Police Station N Team office located in 406, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
