A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

On May 18, 2014, around 01:30, the Defendant: (a) while driving a Crenice car from the pressure level to the Daegu-si, Daegu-si; (b) due to the Defendant’s negligence in breach of occupational duty to safely drive the front left left and right; (c) due to the Defendant’s fault in violation of the victim D(36 years old)’s duty to safely drive the vehicle; (d) due to the shock, the front part of the said SM5 vehicle was the front part of the Defendant’s vehicle; and (e) due to the shock, the front part of the said SM5 vehicle was in front of the said SM5 vehicle (43 years old); (e) by having the victim F.M. (49 years old), while driving the Crenice car from the pressure level to the Daegu-si; and (e) by having the victim F.M. take measures to damage the victim’s vehicle’s 2 week medical treatment; and (e) having the victim’s 75 weeks old car owned and damaged the above 75 weeks.
