Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B M& car.

On August 25, 2019, the Defendant was driving the said car at around 21:10, while driving the said car, and driving the front road of Seoul Special Metropolitan City Nowon-gu at the lower direction from D Hospital to the lower direction.

At this point, the signal lights and U.S.ton signs were installed on the front bank, so there was a duty of care to see the front side and the right and the right of the driver of the motor vehicle, and to prevent the accident in advance by safely internshiping according to U.S. No. 1.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and received the front part of the FOtoba, which the victim E (the 26-year-old) driven by the said road from the downstream to the hospital due to the negligence of the U.S., even though the signal was a stop signal that the U.S. could not make a U.S., was driven by the Defendant’s vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as an influence, which requires approximately five weeks of treatment due to such occupational negligence.
