1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 5,000,000 won;

2. Where the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

On November 21, 2012, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Gwangju District Court on November 21, 201 and KRW 4 million for the same crime at the same court on December 30, 2013.

On January 16, 2016, the Defendant driven B rocketing car at approximately 100 meters from the entrance of the apartment house in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju to the third front parking lot of the apartment house, under the influence of alcohol level of 0.161% during blood transfusion around 02:52.
