Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On March 29, 2016, the Defendant driven a Korean-style apartment with alcohol content of 0.097% at around 100 meters from the entrance of the first floor to the third floor parking lot of the same apartment complex from the first floor to the third floor parking lot of the same apartment complex under the influence of alcohol content among blood transfusion around 23:15.
