Defendant
A around July 2010, the E, F and H gas station in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government operate the “H gas station” in G. However, K, the representative of the above gas station, the J and the director of the gas station, etc., who are registered as the head of the above gas station, shall exercise overall control over various business affairs related to the operation of the above gas station, and Defendant B, L, and M are supplied, stored, and sold pseudo petroleum products while assisting the above I.

On or around March 26, 201, the Defendants, who received approximately KRW 20,000 won of pseudo petroleum products mixed with other petroleum products, pseudo petroleum products, and pseudo petroleum products mixed with pseudo petroleum products, petrochemicals, and pseudo petroleum products, petrochemicals, at the above gas station, received approximately KRW 1,110 won per liter, and found the above gas station from around August 16, 201 to the above date.
