Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, together with C, D, E, F, G, etc. around August 2010, operated the “I gas station” located in H of Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government by jointly investing funds with C, D, D, and E, and the Defendant, as the representative of the above gas station, was stationed in the above gas station on behalf of C, a joint investor, and was in charge of various business affairs related to the operation of the above gas station with F, a joint investor, and G, as the director of the above gas station, shared the role of the Defendant and F in assisting the various business affairs, and conspired to receive, store, and sell pseudo petroleum products.

1. On March 24, 201, the Defendant supplied approximately KRW 11,400 litres per liter and sold approximately KRW 1,700 per liter to an unspecified number of the owners of an unspecified transit vehicle who found the above gas station after being supplied with approximately KRW 11,40 litress per liter, which combines pseudo petroleum products with solventss, which are petroleum products, with similar petroleum products, in the name omitted for the manufacturer of pseudo petroleum products at the above gas station. From August 16, 2010 to the above temporary date, the Defendant supplied approximately KRW 1,58,235,00 won in total at the market price of similar diesel oil of approximately 1,419,80 litress per liter, as shown in attached Table 1, from August 16, 2010 to the above temporary date.

2. On March 26, 201, the Defendant supplied approximately KRW 1,900 won per liter to an unspecified number of gasoline owners who found the above gas station after being supplied with approximately KRW 1,110 litress of pseudo petroleum products mixed with solventss of other petroleum products and pseudo petroleum products of petrochemicals with pseudo petroleum products, which are petroleum products, from a person not responsible for manufacturing pseudo petroleum products, at the above gas station. From August 16, 2010 to the above temporary date, the Defendant supplied approximately KRW 1,400,000 per liters of pseudo petroleum products, and sold them after being supplied with approximately KRW 1,40,000 per liters of the total market price of pseudo petroleum products of approximately KRW 1,431,00,000 per liter.
