On September 15, 2019, at around 00:31, the Defendant driven a C Sti-type car at a level of about 7km from the front side of the Heungdong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu to the end of the end of the Pari-gu, Seowon-gu to the end of the end of the Pari-gu, Seowon-gu, Seog-gu.
