Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, while operating “D” in Pyeongtaek-si B along with C, was discharged by putting waste, such as brings, paper boxes, sti pumps, etc., from the drums, into the drums, and then incinerated in the drums. As such, the Defendant was obliged to take measures to prevent the occurrence of fire by taking measures such as organizing the drums around the drum and confirming that the stikes were completely destroyed upon the completion of incineration.

Nevertheless, at around 12:46 August 2, 2018, the Defendant laid down garbage bags and abnormals into the drums by inserting them, and then laid down the drums in the air above the drums, and brought the drums back back back back to the drums, and brought the drums back to the top of the drums, and moved the drums into the office due to the negligence of entering the d and adjacent E parts warehouses, F parts warehouses, G store buildings, and H car maintenance business buildings.

Ultimately, the Defendant destroyed the D building equivalent to approximately KRW 1,103,326,00 in a market price by negligence as above.

Summary of Evidence

1. Requests for the appraisal of photographs-related CCTV CDs;

The police and the prosecutor's protocol of interrogation against the defendant, which contain some statements, and the accused and the defense counsel brought by the defendant had difficulty in sucking at the bottom. Thus, the fire of this case was caused by other paper boxes, which are not the paper winners brought by the defendant.

In this regard, the evidence duly adopted and examined by this Court and the circumstances found thereby, i.e., ① the defendant has an abnormal person.

Before setting, there was no signs of fire in the case of paper boxes, and ② Defendant was on the side of the drum through which waste is incinerated.
