The accused shall publicly announce the summary of the judgment of innocence.

1. The summary of the facts charged is the defendant's pro-friendly D management company for the purpose of selling health foods, electronic equipment, etc. to the head of division.

According to the evidence duly adopted by this court and the examination of evidence, the defendant suffered property damage equivalent to 1.3,000,000 won due to the distribution warehouse fire of E Co., Ltd. on the date of the fire, the defendant was unable to avoid the drum in the shape of the drum in front of the logistics warehouse on the date of the fire, and the above fire was destroyed by the drum, and the employees G of the above company stated in the police investigation to the effect that the above fire was destroyed by the wind, which was naturally destroyed by the wind, while the wind was not completely removed from the drum, and the defendant also predicted the possibility that the fire was destroyed by the wind remaining in the flaburat to the warehouse and the fire spread.
