1. The Defendants jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 35,378,237 as well as KRW 31,200,000 among them, from August 10, 2016.

The cause of the claim (However, the obligee is the Plaintiff, and the obligor is the Defendant) is not in dispute between the parties, or can be acknowledged in full view of the entries in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 7 and the purport of the whole pleadings. As such, the Defendants jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff the total amount of KRW 35,378,237 and the principal amount of KRW 31,20,000,000, interest rate of delay calculated at the rate of 16% per annum from August 10, 2016 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the date of final calculation of interest, to the day of full payment. Defendant B is liable to pay the amount within the limit of KRW 65,00,00

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
