Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 8,000,000.

Where the above fine is not paid, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a fire fighter.

No person, other than an entrusted business entity, shall provide property or property benefits to persons who win the result of sports promotion by issuing voting rights or similar things to the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation and a person who is not an entrusted business entity, or gambling using such an act.

Nevertheless, around October 08, 2016, the Defendant deposited KRW 20,00,00 from the bank account in the name of the Defendant to the KJ account in the name of the new bank account in the name of the Defendant, to deposit KRW 920301-01-63238 account in the name of the National Bank in the name of the Defendant, which was designated as the charging account at the above-mentioned gambling site, and 20,000,000 in a foreign professional axis and the deaf-gu.

In addition, from around October 02, 2016 to November 24, 2016, the Defendant deposited the amount of KRW 203,665,00 over 313 times, as shown in the annexed crime list, with a national bank in the name of Pakistan Communications Co., Ltd., which was designated at the above site, and with a deposit account of KRW 9201-01-63238, and MC bank in the name of information and communication in the name of SC bank 177-20-11231, and deposited KRW 203,665,00 for 313 times, as in the annexed crime list, and charged with the corresponding game money.
