A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by imprisonment for eight months, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants did not handle psychotropic drugs, but dealt with stroke-m as follows, even if they did not handle stroke-m.

1. The Defendants and the unsatised persons using the “D” jointly committed by the Defendants and the unsatised persons (hereinafter “D”) intended to contact the buyers on the Internet site (E) to sell the satisfm by the satf method and deliver the satf method, and recruited persons to deliver the satf method in Korea.

After that, around March 14, 2019, Defendant A provided D that “I will deliver a door-to-door delivery service to the same person,” and D accepted this.

On March 15, 2019, G was connected to the 'E' on the Internet site around March 15, 2019, to contact the 'HI' users posted on the said website, to purchase at 200,000 won via strokem, and to transfer KRW 260,000 to the K account (L) in the name of J, which is known to the Hadi users.

After that, D, through C, instructed Defendant A to deliver the information of the purchaser at the stroke (name: address: G, G, and the G apartment at the stroke-gu, Young-si) via the stroke-m to the above address, and the Defendant A instructed Defendant B to deliver the above information through C, while transmitting it to Defendant B.

Accordingly, Defendant B is 20 stm m at the seat of the N apartmentO at the government on the same day.
