Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.
The Defendant purchased ethyl ethyls (32 years old), which are psychotropic drugs used as water exemption, via the Internet, which contain the ethyl melting ingredients, and found out evidence of the appearance from his cell phone using the cresh in which the Defendant was able to detect B (32 years old).
The Defendant searched as “water surface” on the Internet website, and contacted with the advertisement “stroke-m sales” posted by a person without his/her name (D: E), and promised to receive 260,000 won from the person without his/her name when he/she deposits 260,00 won from the person without his/her name, ethyl 20,000 won, which includes psychotropic drugs, to receive ethyl 20,000 won from the person without his/her name.
1. On March 4, 2019, the Defendant deposited KRW 260,000 in a non-deposited account opened in the non-deposited account known by the winners of the above name at HTM machines in the vicinity of the above “G” on March 4, 2019, and the same month.
6. Around 14:00, at the above 14:00, the ethyl 20 ethyl content, containing psychotropic drugs, was purchased by means of delivery on a door-to-door basis.

At around 22:30 on March 6, 2019, the Defendant: (a) placed radioactive drugs in vinyl 1, which are psychotropic drugs in possession by means of the preceding paragraph, in order to collect evidence of locating B’s external appearance at Changwon-si, Changwon-si; (b) made the ethyl 1 process of ethyl hexa containing ethyl content at a stroke-m, which is a psychotropic drug; and (c) made the luxa by lowering it into a small network at home, and then made the luxa and made the luxa known to use it.
3. On March 9, 2019, at around 23:30 on March 23:3, 2019, the Defendant: (a) made ethyl 2 in advance, which contains psychotropic drug ingredients, by means of the same purpose and method as those mentioned in the preceding paragraph; and (b) made ethyl 2 in luxa, which is psychotropic substances, and made lux B known of it.
