Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B car bus which is a driving school school school vehicle.

No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible, and such a motor vehicle shall not be operated.

Nevertheless, on December 25, 2014, the Defendant: (a) covered the test color board on the back number plate of the bus in order to avoid parking control on the front of the building in front of the Dobong-gu Seoul, Dobong-gu 137 Dobong-ro, Dobong-gu; (b) operated the bus on the front of the above bus in order to avoid parking control; (c) around 20:10 on the same day from the front of the above bus to the 308-dong, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, Seongbuk-ro, 13-ro, 308, a registration license plate on purpose.
