A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No defendant shall desert away from his/her service or serve in his/her field concerned for a period of at least eight days in total without justifiable grounds as a social work personnel member who has worked in his/her mining nurture B.

Nevertheless, the Defendant left his service for a total period of not less than eight days, including four days from December 30, 2019 to January 3, 2020, and four days from January 7, 2020 to January 10, 2020, without good cause.
