A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.
However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of five years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On March 10, 2015, the Defendant, who is a drug of psychotropic spirit, issued an order for approximately 9g of synthetic marijuana containing the ingredients of JWH-48 and 5F-AKB-48 by accessing the Internet website operated by a seller of narcotics, etc. in the name of the Defendant on March 10, 2015, and paid USD 810 in total, including USD 245, March 13, 2015, and USD 565, April 11, 2015, by using the slot Card (D) in the name of the Defendant.
As a result, the above sellers sent approximately three grams of the above synthetic marijuana in the United States to the international mail, and around March 18, 2015, upon arrival at the Incheon International Airport. On March 18, 2015, the seller again imported approximately six grams of the remainder of the above synthetic marijuana in the United States into the international mail, and around April 15, 2015, the seller imported approximately nine 5.5g of the above synthetic marijuana in total nine times from March 18, 2015 to November 4, 2016.
2. Use of JWH-018 similar body, which is a medicine of psychotropic spirit;
A. On May 2016, the Defendant used synthetic marijuana in a manner of melting tobacco in the Defendant’s residence located in the Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and 501, containing approximately 0.3g of the above synthetic marijuana in its inner part and inhaleing smoke with a fire.
B. On June 2016, the Defendant used synthetic marijuana by putting tobacco in his/her residence and inserting approximately 0.3g of the said synthetic marijuana in his/her inner part, with a fire attached thereto, from June 2016 to his/her lower patrolmen.

From Sep. 2016 to Oct. 10, 2016, the Defendant used synthetic marijuana by putting tobacco in the Defendant’s residence located in Bupyeong-gu G201, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and inserting approximately 0.3g of the above synthetic marijuana in its inner part, and inhaleing smoke with a fire.
