A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. At around 00:10 on September 7, 2015, the injured Defendant: (a) 64 years old Cheong-ro, Cheong-do, at the entrance of the Cheong-gu first apartment, and Cheong-gu, Cheong-gu, 10 years old; (b) placed the victim with the victim’s face on the street, saying “I ambling her head,” and said, “I ambling her head, her head,” and kneeing the victim’s face several times with the left hand; (c) kneeing the victim’s body, followed the victim’s body, and sustained the victim several times to give approximately two weeks medical treatment.
2. 3. On September 7, 2015, the Defendant was subject to the restraint of performance of official duties and the Defendant’s injury on the road of the “F” restaurant entrance located in C, which received 112 reports on the facts of the above paragraph (1) above, and was dispatched under the control of C by the relevant slope I, such as the police officer assigned to the Samyang Police Station G police box, who was called out after receiving 112 reports on such facts.
