Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a leisure vehicle B in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes;
On December 4, 2012, at around 09:00, the Defendant driven the above vehicle while under the influence of alcohol of 0.134%, and led to two-lanes in front of the Livestock Product Wholesale Center, which is located in the Haak-gu Daejeon Metropolitan City, along the five-lanes from the 4-lane side to the Agricultural and Fishery Market.
Since the victim C (the age of 25) who was prior to the same direction as the defendant at the time was followed by the amount of DNA EX car driven by the victim C (the age of 25), a person engaged in driving service shall safely drive the vehicle by making it well known, securing safety distance, etc., and a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to not drive a motor vehicle while normal driving is difficult due to drinking.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered from the victim C, due to the negligence in the course of performing duties, in which normal driving of a motor vehicle is difficult due to such alcohol as seen above, the climatic salt, etc. requiring a treatment for about 20 days, and the climatic salt, etc. requiring a treatment for about two weeks to the victim E, and the victim I (the age of 48) boarding the victim G and the above wing vehicle, respectively, requiring a treatment for about one week.
2. The Defendant for a violation of the Road Traffic Act shall be Seo-gu, Daejeon at the above time and place.
