Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, who is engaged in sales of precious metals with the trade name of "C" located in Jeonju-si B, had a duty of care to verify the seller's personal information, contact details, etc. when purchasing precious metals, and to verify whether the seller's personal information, and details of acquisition of the relevant goods, motive for sale, and price suitable for the market price, etc. are well examined.

1. On January 2013, the Defendant acquired goods through occupational negligence in the middle of 2013, at around 12:00, the Defendant was requested to purchase seven gold bars (mix, 18K, 14K) in total from D around 12:0, around January 2013, as well as gold bars that he stolen at around that time.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected the above care and acquired stolens by purchasing 7 gold bars and gold stuffs equivalent to KRW 2,000,000, by negligence, so long as he neglected to make a judgment on stolens.

2. On February 2, 2013, around 12:00 on the first half of February 2013, the Defendant was requested to purchase five gold bars (mix 18K, 14K), which he stolen from D around that time, and gold bars (mix 18K, 14K).

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while neglecting such care, neglected to make a judgment on the stolen, purchased five gold sprinks and gold sprinks in amounting to KRW 1,500,000 and acquired stolen goods.

3. On February 2013, 2013, the Defendant was requested to purchase four gold bars (mix 18K, 18K, 14K) that he stolen from D at around 12:00 on the lower end of February 2013, 201, and four gold bars (mix 12, 18K, 14K).

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while neglecting such care, neglected to make a judgment on the stolen and acquired the stolen goods by purchasing four gold bars and gold bars in a price equivalent to KRW 1,200,000.
