Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On April 2, 2015, Defendant A purchased 18 KK 2.3 1 2,000 won, which was the victim’s false name, which was stolen from F, a habitual thief, from F, on April 2, 2015, as a person engaged in sales of precious metals with the trade name “E” located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si.
