A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

The defendant shall be liable to the applicant C for the damage KRW 12,550,000,00.

Punishment of the crime

On October 7, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to two and a half years of imprisonment for fraud, etc. in the Gangnam Branch Branch of the Chuncheon District Court on May 18, 2016, and the enforcement of the sentence was terminated on May 18, 201, and on June 15, 201, the Incheon District Court was sentenced to two months of imprisonment for fraud and two and a half years of imprisonment for fraud, and was sentenced to nine times of punishment for fraud.

1. On May 22, 2016, the Defendant purchased one of the 18 K K K K 18K 2,550,000 won in the market price and one of the 18 K K 18K 1,380,000 won in the market price in the “G” of the victim D’s operation located in the Busan Suwon-gu, Busan-gu, and the Defendant would make the Defendant exchange and transfer the price to the Defendant immediately after the Plaintiff purchased one of the 15 million won in the market price.

“The phrase “ was false.”

However, the Defendant did not have any intent or ability to pay the price even if the Defendant purchased the safety test from the injured party as above.

As above, the Defendant: (a) deceiving the victim; (b) obtained 2,930,00 won in total from the victim; (c) obtained 4,930,000 won in total from the victim; and acquired 26 victims habitually from May 22, 2016 to August 8, 2016; and (d) obtained 27 times in total from 28,836,00 won in precious metals, etc., as stated in the list of crimes in the attached Table.

2. Violation of the Traffic Act on roads.

A. On June 16, 2016, at around 11:50, the Defendant driven a H K7 car without obtaining a driver’s license from around 7 km section from around 353 to the front road of the Maak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Geumcheon-gu, to 178.

B. On August 7, 2016, from around 12:00 to August 9, 2016, the Defendant driven an IW car without obtaining a driver’s license from approximately 224.5 km to the BM car at approximately 224.5 km of the same year through the Ulsan-gun and Young-gun.
