A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

1. 특수 협박 피고인은 2015. 6. 21. 03:00 경 평택시 서동대로 2427-28 오성 농협 장례식 장 앞 38번 도로에서 B 모닝 승용차를 운전하던 중 피해자 C(42 세) 이 상향 등을 켜고 상향 등을 켜고 주행한 사실에 화가 나서, 위 도로에서부터 같은 시 안 중 읍 소재 안중 지구대 앞길에 이르기까지 약 9km 구간에서 위험한 물건인 피고인 승용차의 상향 등을 깜빡이면서 위 피해자 운전의 승용차 뒤에 바짝 붙어 추격하였다.

In addition, the defendant tried to overtake the victim's driver's car more than three times and threatened the victim with a sudden stop.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.

On June 21, 2015, at around 03:30 on June 21, 2015, the Defendant: (a) entered the victim’s residence in Pyeongtaek-siD by a police officer who belongs to the earth; (b) opened the victim’s seat in Pyeongtaek-si; and (c) opened the victim’s seat in a car owned by the victim, thereby leaving the victim to repair the car under the market price.
