A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 30, 2013, the Defendant is a victim C (C, women, 31 years of age) who is a migrant woman from business B, and a victim D (5 years of age) who is married on October 30, 2013.

1. Crimes against victims C;

나. 피고인은 2017. 2. 25. 15:00 경 위 1의 가항과 같은 장소에서 피해 자가 피고인의 통화를 방해한다는 이유로 오른손으로 피해자의 엉덩이 부위를 때려 피해자의 엉덩이가 빨갛게 부어오르게 하였다.
