On June 3, 2016, the Defendant, who had the history of violating the Road Traffic Act (driving) two or more times, driven a Maz vehicle while under the influence of alcohol content 0.197% at the front of the “Flave church for Madinging in Madern” as an airport in the Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si on June 3, 2016.

On August 16, 2016, the Defendant, who was punished twice or more for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving on a sound driving), was driving D Oralb in the state of under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.173% of the blood alcohol concentration from the section of about 200 meters to the front and rear-gu road located in the same Gu-dong-dong-dong from the Cheongju-dong-dong-dong on August 16, 2016, when the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.173%.
