Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On July 27, 2004, the Defendant was sentenced to three years for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul Southern District Court on May 30, 2007, and completed the execution of the sentence in the official prison on May 30, 2007, and on September 25, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to three years for the same crime at the Seoul Central District Court on September 25, 2008, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daejeon Prison on August 7, 201
The defendant was employed in disguisedly on a 24-day convenience store to steal cash kept in small safes in a knife in a knife market by using gapss where surveillance of the victim is neglected.
1. 3.
