A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Larceny;
A. On January 10, 2014, at around 02:00, the Defendant, at the convenience store operated by the victim D in Busan Metropolitan City, brought about KRW 626,000, KRW 315,000 in cash, which was located in the office of the above convenience store calculation room and the office of other employees, using the gap in toilets, stolen property equivalent to KRW 941,00,00 in total, including the right of KRW 24,00, KRW 315,00 in cash (the right of KRW 24,00, KRW 15,000, KRW 15,000 in cultural products).
B. At around 18:45 on January 20, 2014, the Defendant, at the I convenience store managed by the victim H in Daejeon-gu Daejeon-gu, stolen property worth KRW 625,850,850, and KRW 50,000, in cash, displayed and stored for sale, including household goods, such as tobacco worth of KRW 163,000, KRW 163,000, KRW 15,000, and KRW 1,703,850, and KRW 850, which had been working at the first time while working as an employee.
C.
