Punishment of the crime

On January 24, 2016, at around 05:30, the Defendant driven BM5 car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.193% while under the influence of alcohol at approximately 100 meters from the Gu mountain distance located in about 1195 in the same Gu-ro 1195, Dong-gu, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon.
