On May 18, 2016, at around 00:40, the Defendant driven BM5 car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.102% in blood while under the influence of alcohol from the Do in front of the fire station located in Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si to the shooting distance of the window site of Changwon-si, Changwon-si.
